Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

  • This home is located off of a moderately steep gravel road that is shaded. AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months (critically important during inclement weather).
  • This property has 4 exterior security cameras, one mounted on each corner of the house all pointed at the road. No cameras point to the interior of the home or at gathering areas.

Policies and Rules

  • This property is not pet friendly. Pets are not allowed.
  • No smoking inside the home or outside. No trace of smoking may be left inside or outside the home.
  • Minimum age to reserve is 25. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or events allowed. No gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils and cooking basics.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer are available.
  • Free parking is provided.
